Added playbooks functionality

We’ve introduced a structured playbooks feature, empowering teams to create, customize, and execute predefined workflows directly in their meetings. Playbooks streamline processes such as onboarding, sales calls, or incident resolution by providing a step-by-step guide that integrates seamlessly into your meeting flow. Teams can now ensure consistency and efficiency across recurring meeting scenarios by following tailored, reusable templates.

Added answers to questions asked in meeting notes

Our platform now intelligently extracts and automatically generates answers to questions asked during meetings. By analyzing meeting transcripts in real time, the system identifies direct or implied questions, pairs them with relevant answers, and seamlessly integrates this information into your meeting notes. This feature helps ensure critical insights aren’t lost and provides actionable takeaways without requiring additional effort from participants.

Improved handling of playbook sections

We’ve enhanced the usability and customization of playbook sections to make them more intuitive and adaptable. Users can now organize content within playbooks into clear, distinct sections, improving readability and ease of navigation. We’ve made a range of user interface enhancements to improve the overall experience and usability of our platform. Fixed meeting notes rendering and history display

We resolved issues affecting the rendering and history display of meeting notes. Notes now load faster, display correctly without formatting errors, and include a clearer view of historical records. These fixes ensure that users can rely on accurate and easily accessible meeting notes for future reference and collaboration.

Improved playbooks menu functionality

The playbooks menu has been upgraded to enhance usability. Users can now more easily browse, organize, and manage their playbooks with an updated interface. Additional features include faster loading, better search capabilities, and clearer categorization to help users find and apply the right playbook seamlessly during meetings.

Added duplicate playbook handling

When duplicates are detected, users are alerted and provided with options to merge, delete, or rename them. Added prospect questions UI and events handling

A new prospect questions interface has been introduced, allowing users to track, respond to, and manage questions raised by prospects during meetings. Coupled with enhanced events handling, this feature ensures questions are captured in real-time, paired with actionable follow-ups, and seamlessly integrated into meeting notes or playbooks. This streamlines interactions and ensures nothing critical slips through the cracks.

Updated OverQuota Live Experience

We’ve significantly enhanced the OverQuota Live Experience for smoother, more intuitive live meeting interactions. Updates include better real-time collaboration tools, improved responsiveness during live edits, and a more streamlined interface. Refactored Zoom Bot initiation (moved to backend)

We’ve refactored the Zoom Bot initiation process, shifting it to the backend for enhanced performance and reliability. This update reduces client-side resource usage, speeds up bot activation, and ensures smoother integration with Zoom meetings. By handling this process server-side, we’ve improved scalability and minimized the potential for errors during bot deployment.

Added Bedrock AI models integration

We’ve integrated Bedrock AI models, enabling users to leverage advanced, high-performance AI capabilities within the platform. These models enhance various functionalities, such as meeting summarization, context-aware suggestions, and intelligent insights.
